Owner & Director
Born and raised in Florida, Nikki received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stetson University, and her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) from the Florida Institute of Technology. She began her work in the ABA field in 2009 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2011. Nikki has experience serving individuals of different abilities, from infants to young adults with diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related diagnoses. Nikki enjoys working closely with families to improve overall quality of life. She is especially passionate about working on language development, increasing independence, and collaborating with other professionals. During her career, Nikki has had the opportunity to work at several leading ABA companies in Florida, Tennessee, Illinois, California, and South Carolina. Her experiences have allowed her to compare the strengths and shortcomings of different companies leading up to her decision to start her own ABA company. Thus, Spectrum ABA, LLC was founded to provide best practice ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.
Clinical Director - Simpsonville
MaKencie Donald was born and raised in Greenville, SC. She attended Winthrop University where she received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Sciences in May 2015. She began her ABA career in the fall of 2014. MaKencie graduated from Ball State University where she received her Masters of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism. Makencie received her BCaBA in July 2019, and later, her BCBA in February 2020. In her free time, MaKencie likes to spend time with her family and go hiking with her dog, Zoey. MaKencie often says "I just fell in love with this job. I love ABA. Its my passion."
Clinical Director - Piedmont
Harlee Mills was born and raised in southeast Georgia. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services from the College of Coastal Georgia, and her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism from Ball State University. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since July 2017, and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since August 2019. Harlee enjoys collaborating with families and other professionals to increase each client's overall development and quality of life.
Clinical Director - Greenville
Ashley Shuler is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Spectrum ABA, LLC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clemson University in 2015 and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology in 2019. She has been in the field of ABA for over 8 years and has experience working with individuals ages 2-23 with Autism and other behavioral disorders. Ashley is dedicated to providing exceptional care and devising individualized behaviorally based treatment for her clients. She is especially passionate about creating socially significant changes within her clients by targeting daily living skills, communication, and social skills in addition to decreasing or eliminating maladaptive behaviors. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and play with her dog, Keely. Ashley’s favorite ABA quote is “It’s a beautiful day to change behavior!”
Program Supervisor
Jessica Florez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Spectrum ABA, LLC. She has a Bachelor's degree in General Biology from the University of South Carolina Upstate and a Master of Arts degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for five years and has developed a passion for making a positive impact on families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. Jessica is a first-generation citizen whose parents come from Colombia, South America. Jessica aspires to use her familial background to continue to make a positive impact for non-English speaking families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Program Supervisor
Amber Travis was born and raised in Woodruff, SC. She attended Presbyterian College where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in English. Amber began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in the fall of 2010. She attended The University of South Carolina where she earned her Master’s in Education, with an emphasis in Severe and Multiple Disabilities. Amber became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in February 2015. Since then, she has served clients between the ages of 2-15, across the Carolinas. Amber is passionate about remediating maladaptive behavior and facilitating skill acquisition to optimize the quality of life of learners with ASD and related disorders. In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her son, DIY projects around the house, gardening, and traveling.
Program Supervisor
Kaylie Wehr is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Spectrum ABA, LLC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development from Western Michigan University in 2019 and her Master of Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Florida in 2021. She has been in the field of ABA for 3 years and has experience working with individuals ages 2-18 with Autism and other behavioral disorders. She has also acquired four years of experience working with children diagnosed with developmental delays and the Deaf population. Kaylie is dedicated to providing individualized treatments and working with families to provide quality care.
Program Supervisor
Alison Green was born and raised in Michigan and lived in Florida for 6 years before moving to Greenville. She received her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from Western Michigan University in 2016, and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2020. Alison has experience working in the field of ABA with children with autism and other behavioral disorders in various settings since 2014 and is passionate about getting to see her clients increase their communication, social, and daily living skills. She also enjoys getting to individualize programs that incorporate each client’s strengths and meet their unique learning styles. In her free time, Alison enjoys spending time with her dog and cats, going to concerts, and trying new restaurants.
Program Supervisor
Meghan Fiocca was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She attended Saint Leo University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She moved to Jacksonville, FL and received her Masters in Exceptional Student Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2017 and has been a BCBA since 2021. Meghan is passionate about helping parents advocate for their children on the spectrum in a variety of settings including schools and the community. In her spare time, Meghan enjoys exploring the upstate with her husband and two young children.
Program Supervisor
Lenox Ashton was born and raised in Senoia, GA. She received her B.S. in Psychology and minor in Biology at the University of North Georgia in 2018. Following graduation, she worked at a non-profit group home and provided daily care, behavioral support, and enrichment to adults with IDDs before discovering the field of ABA. In December 2021, she earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Georgia State University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in January of 2023. Lenox continually strives to support all clients’ autonomy, inclusion, and individuality through her services, with a heavy emphasis on communication and adaptive skills.
Program Supervisor
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Alexis received her undergraduate degree in Special Education at Point Park University. Following graduation, she taught students in Kindergarten-5th grade in the special education classroom setting with a primary emphasis on working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Alexis then pursued her Master's degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis and received her BCBA. Alexis is passionate about using functional communication to support children in their natural environment with play-based learning. In her free time, Alexis enjoys reading and spending time with her two dogs.
Program Supervisor
Mikayla Hansen was raised in Nebraska and Missouri. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child Youth and Family Services from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism from Ball State University. Mikayla is passionate about collaboration with families, adapting to meet the needs of each individual, children learning through play, and teaching socially significant skills. In her free time, Mikayla likes to spend her time painting, playing with her dog Oakley, and reading.
Program Supervisor
Ashley is from Greenville, SC and earned her B.A. in Language and International Trade from Clemson University. She has been working in the ABA field since 2014 and completed her M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Ashley joined the Spectrum ABA team in November of 2024 after serving clients ages 2-21 in clinic, school, residential, and community based settings throughout upstate, SC and NC. Ashley is passionate about developing her clients' self-advocacy skills and collaborating with families and other providers to support and develop sustainable independence with her clients. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.
Program Supervisor
Taylor Rae is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst for Spectrum ABA, LLC. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Converse College in 2016 and became a BCaBA in July of 2022. She has been in the field of Behavioral Analysis since 2017 and has experience working with all ages and levels of severity of Autism. As a person on the Autism Spectrum herself, Taylor Rae is very passionate about her work in Behavioral Analysis and caring client-centered approaches. She has a special interest in eliminating maladaptive behaviors and is also our crisis prevention/management trainer at Spectrum ABA. In her free time, Taylor Rae enjoys playing guitar and spending time with family and friends. She also volunteers as an advocate in the autism community and is currently creating a program to train community helpers on how to respond effectively to individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
Office Administrator
Born and raised around Charlotte/Fort Mill, Kate received her bachelor's degree in visual art from Lander University. She has experience in the field of teaching, from pre-k to high school and loves incorporating creativity in any work environment. Kate began her administrative experience working at an architect firm based in Atlanta, and eventually led her to work admin at an autism clinic in Anderson, SC, where she resides with her husband and two sons. Kate's own young child has autism and she knows how vital it is for the Greenville community to have Spectrum ABA.
Office Administrator
Cassie moved from Salem, NH to SC in 2016 and earned her AA with a focus on Child Psychology. She comes with 2 years experience as an RBT. Afterwards, she began work as a lead transitional staff in a residential therapeutic facility in Mountain Rest, SC which is where she began her administrative duties. She's always had a passion for working with children, and is currently in school to complete her bachelors in Social Work. In her spare time Cassie loves to cook and bake bread, as well as rescue and rehabilitate snakes and reptiles that need care.
HR Administrator
Kristen, a Greenville native, is a dedicated HR professional with three years of comprehensive experience in human resources. A graduate of Clemson University, Kristen has honed her skills in employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance. She is passionate about fostering a culture of inclusivity and accountability. Outside of work, you’ll find Kristen kayaking on Lake Robinson, exploring new hiking trails, harvesting the produce from her garden, and experimenting with new cooking recipes.
