I love working at Spectrum ABA. I have finally found a company that cares about my needs just as much as our clients. Nicole has taught me so much and has provided a welcoming environment that allows me to learn but also enjoy my job every day. I have found a company that values me and wants to invest in me. Nicole has given me not only the tools but the confidence to continue my education to become a BCBA. At Spectrum ABA we can be collaborative and creative together. The atmosphere is light-hearted, motivating, and inclusive. I feel completely supported and can ask questions. I am constantly given constructive criticism to make me a better behaviorist and uplifted with positive reinforcement. I have always had a passion for children of all kinds and from all walks of life. When I noticed the opportunity to work for a family owned and child focused center, I knew I had no choice but to take the opportunity. Spectrum ABA is a diverse company that is focused on serving the need to provide quality care for children with autism. After the interview and getting to know the founder, I knew I made the correct choice. I am glad that I chose Spectrum-ABA. Working at Spectrum ABA is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to positively affect the lives of children. To me it means being a part of something greater than myself, being a family. With this opportunity, doing the little things right means so much. When I walk into work, I feel at home.  Before working at Spectrum ABA, I hadn’t experienced that. I enjoy how well we all work together. Everyone is so willing to help out whether it’s helping clean up toys, or assisting with data collection. We’re a team. We’re a family. I can’t imagine working anywhere other than Spectrum ABA.
